USP #3 in Pomona, California
This photograph was taken at the first display location at the Pomona Fairgrounds. That location was at the end of the spur track which ran into the Fairgounds for the unloading and loading of race horses. The unloading platform was several cars long and became the location used by the Southern California Chapter of the
R&LHS to display its collection. The fair later decided to change the use of this area the collection was moved to the other side of the fairgrounds where it resides today.
