Placed in service Sept. 1874.  Sold June 1881 to Bodie Ry. &amp;amp; Lbr. Co. #1 ''Tybo'', reconditioned by Virginia &amp;amp; Truckee shop crews at Carson &amp;amp; Colorado RR shops in Hawthorne on way to BR&amp;amp;L.  Set up by V&amp;amp;T shops crews in Carson City, Hawthorn, and Bodie in Oct-Nov 1881.  Railroad reorganized as the Bodie &amp;amp; Benton Ry. &amp;amp; Commercial Co. (in Jan 1882).  &lt;br /&gt;

Locomotive sold Oct 1899 to [[Inyo Development Company]] #1 at Keeler, California.  Thoroughly rebuilt by Virginia &amp;amp; Truckee shops in Carson City in 1902.  (Baldwin construction number and class number of loco confirmed by letters between Baldwin and V&amp;amp;T in 1902.)  Weighed at Mound House Sept 30, 1902: engine 39,100; tender 21,950, full of water and big load of wood.  Believed scrapped at Inyo Development in 1926.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
