Porter #2 of the L. E. White lumber company in Elk, CA. This little locomotive was built in 1888 for the Salmon Creek Lumber Co. and worked near Bodega Bay before L.E. White took over that operation. In 1892 it was moved to Point Arena and operated there before being moved up to Elk in 1914. There it served as the mill switcher until it was finally scrapped in the late 1930s.
