Mary Harrison Mine Structures
From left to right, the assay office, the enginehouse/car
shops, and the machine shop and boiler house. The boilers supplied
steam to the stamp mill and crusher buildings about 500 feet
downstream, as well as the machine shop. The Blacks Creek bridge is
to the right just out of view, with the stamp mill and crusher
buildings beyond the bridge. The small building in the center
foreground is a pump house for supplying water from Blacks Creek to
the boilers. A small rock dam and reservoir can still be found in the
creek at this location.
