Ramp for moving narrow gauge engines and cars onto standard gauge flatcars. Opening at end is for standard gauge coupler to enter, thus allowing the top of the standard gauge flatcar to butt up against the ramp. Note the device on the ground to allow cars or engines to load onto standard flatcars that have no rails on them.
