Totman's Patent Weed Burner.

I nvented by a Colusa and Lake engineer Jeremy Russell Totman and was tested, then later used on the Colusa and Lake. This design was licensed for manufacture in Hawaii by the Hilo Railroad, and used extensively throughout the islands.
